Regular convenient contact with your consultant. Schools are busy places and time is a valuable commodity for all school managers. Our consultants will fit in with you and not constantly be demanding of your precious time.

Rigorous vetting and selection procedures. When we interview at Target we interview as Teachers not recruitment consultants. Our task is to find you the best teachers, not to fill our books with people who you would never employ directly. We reject more than 60% of the applicants who wish to register with us. By doing this we can ensure that we have total confidence in the staff who represent Target in your school.

Observations of Target teachers in your school. With your permission we will carry our regular unobtrusive observations of our teachers as they work. This allows us to maintain the highest of standards and inform our training and development programmes.

A very generous points-based reward system. We want to give something back to the schools that use us. The allocation of loyalty points allows us to do this and make a real contribution to your school. We can tailor the nature of the rewards to suit your school’s needs.
